General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The cause may be straining related to the stool passage or internal occult blood developing anemia causing fainting.

Care must be mediated toward maintenance of hydration to avoid low BP with a discussion of the need for colonoscopy with your gastro care physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
