ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings it seems that there is acute infection in the post operative site. you need to take the broad spectrum antibiotic and cover anerobic infection by taking tab metrogyl/tinidazole along with oral analgesics.
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist when ever you get the time and if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
Yours sincerely
