Regular masturbation, erection problems, difficulty in getting hard penis, have hair loss, weak memory. What can be done?

im 22 male, i have been masturbating from the age of 15. i masturbated everyday or 2-3 times in a day. i have watched thousands of porn movies , now from the last one year i am having problem in my erection . My dick do not get hard as it did before.....i am worrying about my erection....i have done sex once in life time.....and i want to do it now but i am scared if i would not have sex because of erection....... my hairs are falling from last 5 years . my memory is weak and i cant learn books or studies . what should i do that i get back my erection .

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. The question it self revealing the reply.
Erectile dysfunction is mostly a psychological problem. Other causeses being harmonal
defeciency anaemia etc. I advise you to consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise you to follow some recomendations important than medicines as
Diversion procedures as meditation yoga reading books hearing music and gardening.
I also advise you to take more of green leafy vegetables pulses sprouts milk egg
meat sea foods fruits and juices to cover anaemia general health and general wellbeing.
never try to have extramarietal sex.

Dear customer,

There are some common causes of erectile dysfunction.The common ones are psychological, low hormone levels, depression, certain drugs, etc.

You should have the serum testosterone levels, serum FSH, LH done after consulting a doctor/endocrinologist to know the underlying cause.

The psychological cause should also be looked into as it s very common cause for erectile dysfunction.

The treatment is according to the cause.
