Regular Headaches, Temperature Rises. Some Relief With Motrin. Permanent Cure?

I have headaches almost every day. When i dont have a headache my temp is around 98.3-98.6. When my headahce begins it starts in the back of my head and slowly aches my neck until it reaches the front of my head. Whenever I take my temperature its around 99.1-99.5. I was prescribed Nortriptyline and it doesnt work but Motrin 800mg makes the head ache go away for a few hours but it returns daily.
