Reflux, Nausea, Heartburn, Unable To Sleep. Solution?

i have digestive problem it seems as food is coming up, a feel of vomit but unable to vomit a little heart burn unable to sleep and concentrate on any thing. i had little heavy dinner rice with potato cury, don t have doctor or medical shop near by suggest me what to do. also tell me how this digestive problem arise in me as i never had such problem untill last month......

Hello Sushil,
Thanks for coming to HCM. You can take any antacid if you have at home (please check for expiry date). If it's still bed time, you can raise your head end of bed by 6 inches, avoid taking tea/coffee for few hours, take a cup of warm water with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp honey. You can also eat papaya OR take watery mango/guava juice if you have.
