Reduction In Ejaculation Volume, Yellow Discharge, Burning Sensation. What Is Wrong?
Hi Doctor, Im 27 and experiencing a significant reduction in ejaculation volume. When i ejaculate i feel that most of my semen does not come out (like its getting stuck or something) and what has come out has a yellowish colour to it. Also after ejaculation i have a little burning sensation from inside the penis . If i have a second ejaculation during the day i have a somewhat better ejaculation volumewise and without yellowish tint to it. Hope its not prostatitis . Thanks.

The colour, volume, pleasure etc varies time to time. Averge volume of semen in age brackets are given below:
15 - 25 - 20 to 25 ml
26 - 35 - 15 to 20 ml
36 - 45 - 15 to 18 ml
46 - 55 - 10 to 15 ml
+/- 20% applicable to all age groups.
Therefore don't worry about semen volume because it is waste product and just enjoy the sex. Yellowish and whitish tint is a normal hppening and can interchange colours also daily.
Just be satisfied.
