Hallo
Thanks for your query. You have developed a white discoloration of foreskin and redness of glans penis after a sex during menses.First you have to check your Blood sugar level Fasting and Post lunch to rule out whether you are diabetic or not because these things are very common in diabetes. You definitely have a what is called as Balano Postatitis.Pl ease take Tab Fucanozole(Zocon) 50 mg a single dose and apply Daskyl Gel to glans and foreskin twice daily after cleaning the ssme twice daily.Do not neglect to rule out Diabetes.
