Redness, Clear Mucus Film On The Butt Crack Post Scratching It Hard, Had An Uncontrollable Itch. Remedy?
I scratched my butt cracke area and now its red and there s kind of like a clear mucus film over it every time I wipe it more seems to appear plus its how out here and I m out and about :( I don t know if I scratched too hard I just had a sudden uncontrollable itch there and it felt good to itch it. Anyhow it just happened last night

could be Intertrigo with secondary eczematisation or it could be Infected eczematous dermatitis.
keep it dry.
Take Droxyl 500mg (Cefadroxyl) twice daily for 7 days to dry out the dishcarge.
Apply Tenovate-GM cream twice daily for 2 weeks
take tab Zyrtec 10 mg once daily in the evening
keep it dry.
