Reddish Spots On The Top Of The Penis. Pain During Intercourse

Hi, ive only just noticed that i have tiny red blood dots on the head of my penis which are itchy. it almost looks like little clusters of them. ive been sexually active with my girlfriend for a year now and ive never used protection and she is on the pill but these have only come up very recently and the past few times we ve had sex it has hurt my knob. thank you.

Thanks for your query.You have few red spots on glans of your penis .Most probably these are due to infection of the glans called as Balanitis may be due to forceful y attempted dry sex or due to infection transmitted from your partner .She is likely to have bacterial infection in her vagina.(Vaginitis)Please ask her to get checked by a Gynecologist.Take some antibiotics like Doxycycline twice daily along with some Topical Ointment to be applied over Glans penis. Contact your family physician to get prescription of these drugs.Your partner may also need to take antibiotics if she has vaginitis.
