Reddish Spots On The Body. Diagnosed With CNS Lymphoma. Liver Problem?

Hi, My Grandfather has CNS lymphoma. There are some red spot on upper Part of his body . Chould this be a liver problem or is it chemo shots he is getthing he also has low blood pressure 90/50 since last week with fever He is also a heart patient. He is about 60 years old. Lymphoma itself can manifest as skin infiltration,

If it has metastasized.

Liver disorders are also associated with skin involvement.

Similarly even drugs are known for skin rash.
