Reddish Rash And Drainage On Labia Majora And Swollen Lymph Node. What Is The Cure?
I noticed a redish rash along with clear drainage on the right labia Majora. It is about the size of two digits and thought it might be a spider to insect bite. Later I have noticed my lymph node is swollen on the same side and the area around it....please help

Greetings of the day
You have developed infective foci in the labia, due to which the locally draining lymph node have enlarged.
I would suggest you the following which will definitely help
1. Hot Seitz bath-- Add a handful of salt in ub of lukewarm water and sit in it with the labia and perineum completely immersed for 15 minutes. Three such session per day
2. After having hot seitz bath, dry yourself and apply Mupirocin ointment locally on Labia
3. start on Oral antibiotic like Co-Amoxiclav
4. anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen will be helpful in reducing inflammation
If the lesion does not improve or worsens even after 48 hours f starting antibiotic would suggest you to consult your Gynecologist or Surgeon.
