Reddish Itchy Bumps On The Body. Treated For Folliculitis. Scabies?

Hello. I have red itchy bumps all over my body. it started as a red bump on my belly button. I difnt think much of that. It's been three weeks. the intense it h has gone down,,but the bumps still remain. They are all custed over with dead dry skin. I was treayted or folliculitis and later told that was not correct. Then i was told scabies, however it does not seem to be that. No one else that have been with me including three small childreb have gotten this.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

you have given a good history.

When you say even children have got it,

Even I think you are suffering from scabies.

Peremethrin is the treatment of choice.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
