Reddish Discoloration On Stomach, Bloating, Normal Stools, White Spit, Breastfeeding

My baby is 3 weeks old. today we first noticed she had a reddish discoloration on both lower sides of her stomach and her belly seems to be bloated. She is passing normal colored stools as well as spitting up a little bit (white colored). She seems content and is breast-feeding a little, as well as sleeping well. My wife and I are worried based on the bloating and discoloration.
