Reddish Circles On The Thigh. Birth Mark?

This is kind of weird, but on my thigh for as long time i ve had three small red circles in the shape of a triangle. It s not swollen, itchy or anything. I m more curious than anything else. It s about the diameter of a pinky nail in all, but each bump is only like. As big as the tip of the metal end of a pair of headphones or earbuds. It s really strange. I guess its like a birthmark? But I know I haven t always had it.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Get platelet serum count ,if normal then nothing to worry unless you deveolpsimilat marks else where on body or these become tender, painful or increase in size--sometimes hemangiomas do form and are not interfered with unless symtomatic.
