My daughter s vagina and butt get red, and she complains that it hurts. Now she says her butt itches. Her vagina is just red, but her butt has small bumps on top of being red. We have had this problem for a year now and cannot figure out what is wrong. I treat it with diaper rash cream until it goes away, but it always comes back.. The pediatrician has been no help. Please help me! She is 4.
