General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having some infection in nipple andareola giving rise to enlarge and tender lymph nodes in your under arm.
If nothing is found except some soft tissue infection, nothing to worry.
Consult your doctor and get your breasts examined thoroughly.
One course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines will cure your problem.
Ok and take care.
