Hi,

It seems that you are having candidal balanoposthitis.

It is caused by fungus..candida albicans.

Sexual contact or fomites can cause the disease.

Poor immunity, poor hygiene, malnutrition, perspiration, soap, DM, HIV and other
Immunodeficiencies may precipitate the disease.

It is not syphilis or chancroid.

But it can be considered as STD, as transmitted by sexual intercourse.

Avoid unsafe sex.

Avoid soap bath.

Have blood test to rule out internal diseases.

Take antifungal tablets and apply antifungal cream.

Improve hygiene and immunity.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
