Red Rashes Around Penis Head, White Pimples, Itching. Used Ointments. Serious?

Hi a month ago i discovered some red rashes around my penis head and after a day i saw there were small white pimples not in a group but at some distance. They were not painfull at all but were itchy and tickling. I put some ointment on it it it went away after 2 days! But now after a month it came again n there is a itchy and tickling sensation. What should i do ? Is there anythng serious ?

From the description you gave, the white pimple type marks might be some sort of llergic reaction of infection. As there is itching and burning involved, you should not attempt self medication. This could be troublesome.

Washing with warm water and mild soap could be a bette alternative. Also calamine lotion could be helpful. Consult a dermtologist for further advice.
