Red, Pus-filled Bump On Foot Due To Infected Thorn. Foul-smelling Pus, Sore Groin Glands. Any Ideas?

Hi. l recently returned from Fiji with an infected Bouganvillia thorn iM my foot. It formed a large red bump fllled wlth pus. I Squeezed it and thougnt that Was the end of it but a WeeK later an abScess appeared on my hip and then one on my Knee and pubic bone. Initially the puS was odorless but now it stinKs. No fever but glands in groin a little sore. l also Slammed fingers in car door and they are now oozy and smelly too. Any ideas What is wrong?

Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

you have super-infection with bacteria.

You should get the abscess incised and drained appropriately
followed by regular wound dressing

Antibiotics would do you good but need to be prescribed by a doctor.

Also if tetanus is a common infection there, you need to have an antitetanus serum injected into you.

Pain killers would also be beneficial but avoid anti-inflammatory. Paracetamol is fine.
