Red/purple Circular Marks On Lower Leg, Having Dents Around, Not Growing. What Could This Be?

Hi i have 2 small red/purple circular marks on my lower leg near my foot no pain or itching. its not ringworm , as its all a sold colour. and the smaller mark has dents around it, this mark has only shown in the last few days, the other one has been an my leg for about 2 months size has stayed the same the colour has got darker.

nummular eczema could be one possiblity but then you dont say there is itching
is there any scaling with winter exacerbation-- in that case psoriasis has to be ruled out.
is the border elevated- we have to rule out various causes or annular erythemas -
best to wait for a few more days to see how it progresses
oh - incase your profession involves standing for quite some time we might even have to consider eczematous conditions related to stasis

in then mean time please apply white petrolatum jelly liberally
