Red open wounds on face, chest, back, bleed easily, extremely sensitive. Causes and treatment?

I am a 16 year old female and I have been having red open wounds, they bleed easy, sometimes sensitive. I started getting these when I was 7. It started on my face. Now its spreading to my chest and back. They have not gone away I have tried so many products and they do not work. Could you help me figure out what they are? Maybe help get rid of them?

thank you for your query.

sore is an open wound on any surface of the body.
it can be due to any specific cause or can be due to underlying disorder.

causes can be-
Bleeding disorders such as hemophilia (rare hereditary disorder in which the blood does not clot normally)
dermatitis (rash)

since you are having easy bleed i would advise you to get a blood work up and blood sugar levels done to know the cause.

till then you can -
1.keep your face and other areas clean
2.apply clindamycin ointment only on the affected area.
3.prevent dust and humid enviroments
4.have proper food with Vit c component as it is a major component of healing and membrane formation.

thank you,
wishing you good health
