Red Marks On Cheek After Taking Antibiotics For Salmonella Poisoning. Are They Its Side Effect?
My daughter has been fighting salmonella poisoning for over a month and just finished her second course of antibiotics. She started developing a red mark on her cheek a couple weeks ago, then another appeared, now there are red marks on both cheeks..small marks...could this rash be related to the salmonella?

HELLO N WELCOME. SALMONELLA FOOD POISONING IS PRETTY COMMON, THE MAIN COMPLICATION IS DEHYDRATION. ANTIBIOTICS MAY NOT BE NEEDED AS THE BODY USUALLY CLEARS IT. KINDLY DESCRIBE THE ANTIBIOTIC SHE IS ON TO MAKE THE ALTERATION. THANX
