Red Knots On Body. Itchiness, Soreness, Pus-filled Bump

I have these red knots appearing over my body in different spots it starts off real itchy with nothing there, and then a few minutes later it appears as an mosquito bite really read and sore with an head. Then an hour or so later it has an pus filled bump. The first was on my hip then the top of my thigh, now one has appeared on the top of my arm .

As per your query you have red knots on body which are Itchy, sore, pus-filled bump.
The characteristic feature appears to be problem folliculitis. This is a common problem due to simple infection in the skin causing redness and pus.
You have not told your age and the time since the problem is present. Even then go for blood sugar check up. I fit is normal then there is nothing to be worried. You can take a course of antibiotic such as ciprofloxacin or cefadroxil for 5 days along with pain killers.
Do not scratch or even try to touch the area unnecessarily, apply any antibacterial cream such as fucidin or mupirocin or gentamicin 2 times a day in a very thin layer so that it should not be visible to naked eye.
