Red, Itchy Dots On Back, Arms, Legs, Stomach

I have these tiny red itchy dots on my back stomach arms legs and they itch something terribly they spread even you scratch and they burn after you scratch and my skin burns a hot or warm shower makes me itch and the water sets my skin on fire the itchy is worse at night and it feels like something is buying me or pins pricks what is it

Hi i think u are suffering from scabies.first see the typical sites like fingerweb areas.wrist.abdomen.groins etc.it will present as severe itching all over body more at night time.use of atarax 25 mg at night..antibiotic twice daily .appplication of permithrin lotion all over body from neck to toe overnight weekly once .apply diprovate g ointment on already infected areas
