Red itchy bumps on torso, arms, spreading, no pus. Using tea tree oil. Causes?

Need help with contagious little itchy red bumps that spread. Mostly on my torso and arms. They are not puss-filled or crusty, no other symptoms ( fever , cold etc) exist. Have had them for a good 5 days now and my husband just started getting them on his arm. They are really itchy! The only thing, so far, that seems to calm the itch is tea tree oil. I have checked our bed thoroughly for bed bugs and see no evidence at all of them. Help would be MUCH appreciated!

Homeopath 's  Response
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of ALLERGIC URTICARIA ( ACUTE URTICARIA ) may be the cause for his sufferings.

Allergic urticaria is often the result of coming in contact with allergens. These allergens include, but are not limited to:
-animal dander
-shellfish, nuts, fish, milk, eggs, or other type of food
-insect bites

As much as they may itch, avoid scratching hives. This makes them spread further and it may break the skin’s surface, which makes you susceptible to skin infections
i advise you taking Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for your husband complaints
consult your local homeopathic physician for correct diagnosis of the case and remedy to fit his complaints
I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
