Red Dots On Face, Swelling On Face, Due To Alcohol Consumption ?

Last night I drank beer and this morning I have red dots all over my face and my face is a little swollen this has never happened before is it the beer and why?

These spots may appear sometimes due to allergy, like one that of MSG. If ot due to any other allergen.
If it is bothering use some anti allergic cream. or else watch it if that doesnot bother and even next time take care fo food like if you are eating chinese food which has MSG, avoid msg i that food. and keep a curtain if possile.
Avoid any other concurrent drug use which may contribute to allegic phenomenon.
Keep documentation with you and a log book or with your PCPs database information and follow it up.
