Red Bumps On Thigh, No Pain, Dark Ring Around Bump

Hi. I was in the shower today and I felt bumps on the back of my thigh. I have had little red bumps showing up on my thigh area lately, some look like pimples , some won t. None hurt. This one bump in particular is bigger, and it has a dark ring around it. It s not red or anything, It s like.. a darker skin color, I guess is how to describe it. I can t afford a dermatologist or doctor.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
It could be fungal infection called ring worm. You may try an over the counter antifungal cream like 2% miconazole twice a day for 2 -3 weeks. If it is still not coming down with that you should consider consulting a dermatologist.
Hope this helped
Take care
