Red Blotch Above Testicle, Not Itchy, Sore And Irritated. History Of Testicular Torsion
I have a small red blotch that showed up above my large testicle about two weeks ago after a weekend in the dells. Its not itchy what so ever but it is alil sore or irritated i should say. I did have a testicular torrison 4 years back and fully recovered. Im thinking it just got irritated on the water rides in the dells but not sure. Help please!!

The redness can be due to infection and associated inflammation.
There are many reasons for it
Please take antibiotic like cefuroxime and Anti Inflammatory drug.
It will come down
If there is no response get an ultrasound scrotum
