hello My daughter had a fever thursayd and friday and last night a nocticed a red swollen rash on her bottom this morning the swelling and redness had died down but know she has pimple like bumps all over the bottom half of her body. Do you have any suggestions on what this could be or could it just be a heat rash? She does say every once and a while that it is itchy. no fever today.
