Hi,
After reading your query it appears that you may have Acne Rosacea. It is characterized by red bumps with red streaks of capillaries visible on the bridge of nose. You avoid direct sun exposure, avoid spicy and hot food. You can apply Metronidazole gel over the affected area. For itching you can take benadryl by mouth. DO not worry it is not related to polychonditis or crohn's disease.
