Red And Swollen Bumps, No Scars. Concerned About Swelling
I keep getting pimple like bumps with red swelling around them. They form a white head that pops later and seems to eventually heal. However, I am not sure if they ever fully heal or leave a scar . The swelling has me the most concerned. There are also several smaller red bumps (like smaller pimples ) that have not progressed, but linger.

Hi, the swelling is due to the inflammation of sebaceous glands which occurs in acne.
for that you need to take oral antibiotics and topical clindamycin gel
regular cleansing of face.
