Red Bump On Inner Lip Of Vagina, Blood Came When Popped. Reason?
I Have A Small Red Bump On The Inner Lip Of My Vagina. I First Noticed It During Pregnancy. I Popped It Once And Only Blood Came Out. I Have Been Tested Several Times For Std's So I Know Thats Not It. I Had A Similar Bump Near My Breast When I Was Pregnant With My Previous Child And My Doctor Said It Was Hormones And It Would Go Away After Childbirth And It Did. But This One On My Vagina Came Back After I Popped It, In The Same Spot And Looks Slightley Larger. Thought It Was A Mole At First Until It Got A Little Bigger. Its Still Small Though, Probably About The Size Of A Single Piece Of Nerds Candy. What Could This Be And Should I See A Doctor To Get It Removed? It Causes No Pain Or Discomfort I Just Dont Like How It Looks.
From your descriptions I'm inclined to think in terms of a vascular lesion of the skin of vagina. But to comment definitely on a diagnosis a physical examination is mandatory.
Check whether the swelling is compressible, or the color blanches on pressure. These would help to make the diagnosis certain.
Even though it doesn't seem a much serious lesion I'd advise you to get yourself examined as a physical examination is mandatory now.
