Recurring Stomach Pain And Feeling Of Vomiting And Having Bowel Movement. What Could This Be?
My stomach has been hurting off and on for about two weeks now. Only in the upper part of my stomach too. At first I thought it was a slight case of food poisoning but it keeps happening. I feel like I need to throw up or poop. When i poop though it Doesnt help. What's wrong with me?
It looks like you are suffering from severe gastritis, here is what I recommend.
1. Take Pantoprazole with domperidone combination, twice daily before food ( morning and evening ) for 7 days 2. Avoid milk and milk products 3. Avoid smoking and alcohol 4. Eat regularly, do not skip meals 5. If the problem persists please approach a gastro enterologist to rule out gastric reflux 6. Please avoid sleeping at night immediately after dinner, wait for atleast 2 hours post dinner to go to bed 7. Avoid bending exercises
I hope I was of help
Regards
