Recurring Pimply Rash On Cheeks, Arms And Legs. Lives With Dog As Pet, Occasional Spiders, No Mosquitos. Prescribe Insect Repellents

Yes , our grandson gets bit by something with the house. when he wakes from a nap he will have a apparent raised bump on his face , arms , or legs. what could it be. when he is not here we spray the room, change all bedding and wipe down travel crib completely. we even raised the low sitting crib on to a platform. We have a dog however, no visible, mosquitos are outside that we control. We did and occasionally have wolf ? spiders, however we stay on top of that. We are at a lost the last bite to the check swelled up to his eye. it has cleared now. he also will have a pimply rash on checks and arms appearing more often. there is a bed near by, but unused. any ideas what I can put around room under bed that is safe. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that raised bumps might be due to some bites, either mosquito, insect or bed bug.
Give him antihistamine like Benadryl or Cetrizine for 2-3 days.
Use insect repellents when he is inside or going outside the house.
Keep house well ventilated and having good sun shine.
Avoid humid atmosphere.
Remove unused bed from his bed.
Ok and take care.
