Hello there,
Basically you have a low grade fever (99-100) associated with headache and bodyache. Any night sweats, Evening rise of temperature?Any stressful situation that is making you feverish? There are many causes of chronic, low grade fever. I would suggest that you visit your doctor at the earliest and get thororughly investigated. Have a nice day :)
