Hi, I am Ravi Kant. I have been suffering from heavy colds and minor fever from last 2 months. When I take medicines, I recover from these issues. As I left to take medicine after some days again I use to suffer from same problems. Even I have fingertips skin peeling problems. Before two months, my fingertips skins was normal, but now it is with wrinkle . From last 3-4 days I feel weakness also. Please help me out.

hi
mr ravikant
thank u for sharing ur problem on HCM
heavy cold and low grade fever for 2 moths i ll say is a matter of concern need to investigate properly
cold attacks and finger lesions together suggest allergic manifestations
do a skin allergy test
but in allergy only there ll not be fever...that compels me to think me in some different ways
low grade fever with heavy cold may occur in sinus diseases ...do a x-ray of paranasal sinuses
is there any cough associated????
if yes u should have to exclude a chest x-ray to exclude tuberculosis
apply calamine lotion locally over the skin lesions
so my prescription to you ll be -
1. x-ray PNS
2. chest x-ray
3. allergic skin test
4. serum total IgE assay
5. do have a consultation with ur dermatologist
i think u ll get ur answer by following these steps
thank u
