Recurring Chest Pain, Loss Of Appetite. Quit Smoking. Solution?

I have been having on & off chest pain for about a week now, it's not a sharp stabbing pain, it's more dull but, it does force me to grab my chest.
I have a pretty healthy diet & I skateboard.
I just quit smoking as well.
I haven't seen a doctor about this yet.
I'm 18.
5'11.
146.
I've also had a loss in appetite & some shortness of breath.
