Recurrent Skin Infections On Body And Face, Weak Immunity, Hypertensive. Suggestions To Improve Immunity?
Sir i hav recurrent skin infections on my body and my face. I consulted a dermatologist and he told me to undergo hiv test which fortunately was negative . Doctors attributes these infections to my weak immunity i m a34 year male and i weigh 85 and my height is 5feet 9 inches can losing weight will help in improvement of my immunity or u suggest any other remedy i m mild hypertensive too

In my opinion you are 10-15 kgs over weight , so try to reduce it .
Reduced weight , not only improve immunity but increase stamina .
You mentioned that you are hypertensive , so mention value of lipid cholesterol, blood sugar level as these two are very important in over weight person.
May be skin infection due to other reasons.
Consult one more Dermatologist and get his opinion.
