Recurred Rashes Between Thighs, In Creases Of Legs And Vagina Spreading To Butt. Help From Anti Itch Ointments. Suggest

Hey, um I have been noticing a rash between my thighs where they rub together and in the creases of my legs and vagina. Well I was putting itching ointment on it just because I don't have any cream for it and they started to go away well I went and rode four-wheelers in real hot weather and it came back the way it started but now its on my butt. I need help, please.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection and might be aggravated with friction and perspiration.
Apply anti-fungal cream.
Go for oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local part dry, clean and airy.
Take Benadryl or Cetrizine for itching.
Ok and take care.
