Rectum Bleeding, Moving Pain Stomach Through Ribcage, Diagnosed No Hemorrhoids. Suggestion?

Yes, thank you. I had bleeding from the rectum area 4 days ago for 2 days straight (enough to ruin the panties and wish I had a pad on) along with pain feeling much like a cramp. The pain does not stay in one spot it moves from lower stomach to higher under the rib cage, and then even my sides or back. I have had a full hysterectomy, and do not feel it is female related. Tests from an Urgent Care facility showed blood in urine, low potassium, low sodium, and low chloride. Physical exam showed no hemoroids. I still have to go to my primary care doctor to follow up. Any ideas what this could be?

Since 4 days passed and this is acute stage of bloody diarrhea .
I want to explain that low potassium, sodium,chloride in blood examination were due to loss of these minerals along loose motions in 4 days .
Now the reasons of this bloody diarrhea or dysentery may be as.
1 Ulcer in large intestine , diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy examination of large intestine, so please get and consult a gastroenterologist .
2 Entamoeba histolytica often causes bloody diarrhea . Get in stool examination for this .
3 As you mentioned that there is blood also present in urine . This means that blood disorder may be the reason as thrombocytopenia . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for platelets counting.
In my opinion first of all consult a gastoenterologist and get his opinion.
