Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query
After going through your query if am not incorrect you do not have pain? So, my advice for you would be regular exercise, diet rich in fibre vitamin (1000 i.u.) and calcium (1ooomg) per day.
Having said that I need to see your hip x ray, you may mail your x-ray at http://bit.ly/drmchugh
Take care
Regards
