Welcome to HCM

After going through history you suffered a URI that is Upper Respiratory Tract Infection usually caused by virus, but some times it gets secondary bacterial infection, and there can be post infective bronchitis.

That is why still cough is present and fever is persisting .

Please consult a Physician and after examination a CBC and Skiagram may be required and proper antibiotics and other medicines you will recover as early as possible.

Even persiparation is a part of your illness.

Please Take care

Good luck to you

Welcome to HCM.
This looks like lower respiratory infection and pneumonia needs to be ruled out.
Kindly take medical advice asap.
