Recommend Treatment Options For Conception With Low Sperm Count

My fiancee and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 7 months and can t manage to. We have tried doing it on ovulation day and as much as we can but some how can t manage to. We both want to have a baby and get pregnant as soon as possible!! I have had a lot of stress about not being able to get pregnant and family issues..we know its not his sperm since he already has one child from previous marriage. Could u offer any advice and help that would help me get pregnant and fast

Hi.
If there is pregnancy, both of you need to get investigated.
You should get all the tests of blood including TORCH test, blood sugar thyroid functions, urine and ultrasonography including ovulation studies.
Get your husband to have a semen analysis.
Once the tests are done , the cause of not getting pregnant will be obvious and get treated accordingly.
In some cases where the tests are apparently normal not getting pregnant is idiopathic and you be get a pregnancy soon.
Depression itself may case late pregnancy .
