Recommend Methods For Anal Sex
Hi, I have a history of anal fissures - not really deep ones, and they re normally treated with an ointment. I ve not had any for over a year, and when my husband wanted to try more anal activity with sex he suggested an anal douche as I was worried about it not being clean. I tried the douche the other day, found it very painful and now think I ve got some fissures - can the douche cause the fissures? Should I avoid using one? And is there another way to be clean and have anal sex?

You should avoid anal sex by any mean till fissure will get resolve.
Due to fissure anal sex is very painful and it would harm further.
So avoid it if possible.
Wash it with warm water three times in day.
apply lignocaine jelly in anus for pain relief.
