I know I should swim more which almost everyone told me to, can I do those diet exercises? Is it true that I'll have to avoid from walking bare foot? What's the best thing to do all time to avoid it from getting worsen?

Knowing the answers to the questions you ask require more info from your doctor. Does your curvature result from the genetic condition of Ehlos-Danlos? If so, you want to avoid too much stretching. I can tell you that bicycle riding is good for the hips and legs without putting impact on your back, swimming is optimal as it takes the weight off of the joints, Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, dance classes wearing supportive shoes are all reasonable suggestions and always practice good posture during all activities, wear supportive shoes not barefoot, have legs measured and if one is shorter please wear a heel lift to keep you straighter. To keep your spine from getting worse avoid osteoporosis, have a workable exercise schedule that you plan on doing some variation of the rest of your life, maintain ideal body weight so as not to put excess wt on the joints, sleep flat and a neck roll at night-no pillows. Use massage. Seeing a chiropractor might help. Help your body heal itself by good, balanced eating avoiding the junk food, drinking plenty of clean water. At your age, you are growing quickly and your body is changing, you can help slow down the growth of the curve as you get taller by chatting with a chiropropractor and getting further exercise advice for scoliosis. If you were in my clinic I would also run a nutrient testing panel that tells me right away the nutrients you may be depleted in. Those are my suggestions. I really hope they give you direction.
