Recommend Anti-fungal Medications For Athlete S Foot

I have been having problems with athlete s foot and toenail fungus for about 15 years. The soles of my feet have black scars, peeling skin and roughness. I have tried just about every antifungal medication there is. is there anyway to get rid of this fungal infection as well as the scars. This is very embarrassing and as a female I am too ashamed to wear sandals because my feet look awful.
