Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The ear surgery is for the problems in the ear and E.N.T problems. Though due to allergy, the present problem is the lower respiratory infection. It is to be treated accordingly for infection, phlegm, and wheezing.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician, for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, levocitrizine, and theophylline. If necesory steroids may be required.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
