Reason For Swelling In The Gums And Pain In Ears?

Ok I have no idea what a query is but When I got up to day the right side of my face was and still stings and is hot now my ear hurts and my gums are swollen on bottom in the frunt to the back I have a big hole I'm my back tooth and my face gets this pinch like felling here and there what can I do to help this I have no money to go to a doc please help

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the swollen gums could be because of the infected gums and the pinch like sensation could be because of the decayed teeth. you have to consult a oral physician to get your teeth cleaned and get the tooth filled. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
