Reason For Severe Abdominal Pain, Hair And Weight Loss?

I went to my family doc today she did my yearly female check up, I have been having sever abdominal pain ,peeing on my self on a daily basis,lost 5pounds in 3 days and hair falling out.when she did the examine it was realy painful, then she did her pelvic examine and was shocked and said she had no idea what the hard mass on the bottom of my vagina was she could also see it during the patsmear,,did an ultra sound but found nothing ,now they want a ct scan ,,im just scared and would like to know whats going on

Hi.
All the symptoms you have mentioned namely severe abdominal pain, peeing on self, hair falling ,loosing weight painful internal examination , feeling of a mass is all suggestive of an active inflammatory process. This can be due to development of an abscess or most likely to be cancer of the Cervix...
I hope BIOPSY was taken and sent for pathology examination. this will confirm the diagnosis and the the CT scan will help to determine the extent of the disease, plan for the type of surgery you will need, possible outcome, to decide about the operability o the case.
Get admitted for the blood, urine and stool tests. X-ray of the chest. Physician's check-up for fitness.
