Reason For Red Bumps On Scabs After Removal Of Tonsils

I had my tonsils removed a little ire a week ago and the scabs have started to fall off already and now there are red bumps on the scabs. Also I had I bloody nose today and in the very back of my throat there is blood but it just looks like post nasel drip. My main concern is the red bumps

Hi. The red bumps can be due to overhealing process of the body itself or can indicate an infection. I hope you are on antibiotics and gargles. There has to be another reason for your postnasal drip with blood, again a possibility of an infection. I think you need t consult your operating surgeon.
